OctopiKids sells all products via PayPal. If you would like a different payment method, please contact us directly and accomodations will be made if possible.
All packages will be shipped UPS Ground and declared value will be set for the selling price. If you would like to upgrade or change shipping methods, please contact OctopiKids directly.
Product will be packaged and shipped 5-7 days after purchase. If you need a rush order we will be happy to accomodate the best we can. Please contact us.

OctopiKids has a 30 day return policy. For any reason you are not happy up to 30 days after purchase, then OctopiKids will refund purchase price to buyer. Shipping costs (to and from) will be incurred by buyer. You must confirm with OctopiKids before you ship the item, and you must use delivery confirmation. Please note that we do our best to represent the product in photographs, but there may be differences between product and what your monitor presents.
All products are created in a smoke and animal free environment. No copies or prints can be made of any of OctopiKids' products, even after purchase, without the artist's permission.
